Where RPG Began
Reynard Property Group was founded with a clear thesis: that Class 1B rooming houses, when developed and managed to a high standard, represent one of the most resilient and high-yielding residential asset classes available to Australian investors.
What began as a focused development practice has grown into a full-service property group, offering development, property management, furniture solutions, house removal and house flipping as integrated services. Every arm of the business was built to solve a specific problem in the co-living market.
We built RPG because we saw investors being failed by the traditional property market, overpaying for underperforming assets, working with generalists who didn't understand co-living. We know this asset class inside out.
